Kangaroos must be 4 by September 1, 2023 and going into or repeating a pre-k program in the Fall of 2023.
To promote a nurturing environment, we keep the activity groups small. The camp day is a creative mix of indoor and outdoor activities, and a balance of free choice and structured time.
During the morning, each camper fills their activity periods with a lesson choice in their unit space and another in a special subject classroom. Each morning, your camper will choose a theme activity to participate in. Additionally, campers will have swim in the camp pool five days a week with both their counselors and our swim staff.
The activity descriptions and a sample schedule can be found below. Schedules are tentative and subject to change; activities can be removed, added or exchanged as necessary.
Note: A counselor will accompany his/her group throughout the camp morning to ensure continuity for the children. While at the pool our certified swim instructors accommodate campers based on their individual level of comfort in the water. Campers must be toilet trained prior to starting camp.
