At the time of your application being approved, a minimum payment of $315 is due per camper ($65 application fee and $250 deposit)The $250 deposit is included in your overall camp tuition.

Our 2026 refund policies are below:

  • Once your application has been approved and processed, your $65 application fee and the $250 deposit are not refundable for any reason. 
  • Any cancellations/changes to fewer weeks/withdrawals after April 1st will be responsible for 50% of the entire tuition. 
  • Any cancellations/changes to fewer weeks/withdrawals after May 1st will be responsible for the entire tuition.

Our Senior Camp Overnight Deposit is refundable up until 2 weeks of the programs start date. After that point, the deposit is not refunded for any reason. 

Please note the following fees associated with payment: 

  • 2.9% fee on all credit card transactions
  • 1% fee on all e-check and debit transactions
