• Know the sessions you are interested in! 
  • During the initial registration opening, you may get waitlisted. Our team is always looking at how we can meet the demand and needs of our families so if you are interested, get on that waitlist! We might be able to get you in. 

• We highly recommend applying for camp as close to opening as possible! Each season is different and all our age groups fill up at different rates. 
• Upon completing registration, you will receive an email confirming the programs you have applied for. Please review all the information in this email and respond if you have any concerns!
• Our team will review your application and confirm your camp programming within 48 hours of receiving your application. 

• Review your confirmation email to ensure all the details are correct
• Download the "Campanion" app (available on the App and Google Play Store)
  • This app allows you to complete all forms needed for camp and get important updates leading up to camp!
  • We also use this app during camp to post photos and send reminders about camp events. 
• Complete the following forms found on your CampInTouch Account (also explained on our Family Resource Page) 
  • Health History
  • Camper Transportation 
  • 2025 Camp Agreements
  • Text Message Opt In
  • Upload Immunizations
• Options Forms: 
  • Other Medical Forms (if your camper has any medical needs) 
  • Over-The-Counter Medication Form

NOTE: All these forms are due by May 1st, but the sooner you complete them; the better! Our team needs time to review all the contents and contact you with questions.
